ReportsCourseSpaces produces four kinds of reports for instructors. All are found under the Administration side block> Course Administration> Reports.

Logs and Live logs allow instructors to see which resources or activities have been accessed and when. You can check to see if an individual student has viewed a specific resource or participated on a particular activity. You can limit your search to a specific day, or get results for a specified period of time

Activity report provides a simple report with no student filters. It will show how many times students have accessed something in your course. Please note, you cannot filter by student. For that, you need to use Logs.

Course participation provides a sortable list showing all class members, with details about a particular resource or activity.  You can see who has viewed a resource or submitted an activity. From this screen, instructors can also send a message to all students, or only to those students who have not completed an activity.

Activity completion allows the instructor to set completion criteria in a specific activity's settings. A check (tick) appears against the activity when the student meets these criteria. A criterion might be viewing, receiving a certain score or a student marking it as complete. (See our support menu item Completion Tracking for more)
